The crew at Norfolk Transmission and Muffler did an excellent job! They were able to diagnose the issue, rebuild my transmission, upgrade my torque converter in hopes of avoiding future issues, and do it all in a very timely manner. In addition, on the day I went to settle up, I happened to notice a light on on my dash in my pickup that was not on when I brought it in. The guys came out right away after I walked back in to notify them, talked amongst themselves, hooked up the computer, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it before I drove off of their lot. Customer service is top notch. I appreciate them taking the time to make sure everything is right with their vehicle before it leaves their shop. And the koozie and mints in the vehicle was a nice touch. Highly recommend this shop!
