As a new custmer of Norfolk transmission i was very pls of the things that happend, and will continue to use them as the the transmission ppl that i deal with in the future.... What i was most plzed with was the custermer service and the time that was spent with me on all aspects of the work that was done. I gained a great respect for the business mainly from that ability to be able to visit with the actual ppl that were doing the hands on work. Be able to talk to the tranny builder, torque converter builder the installers and everyone involved gave me great respect for the jobs that they do. They gave me the ability to be a part of it and the ability to get what i needed..Most places give u the feeling that you have no clue and that they will do it and to just trust them, norfolk tranmission gave me the feeling that i new what i was doing and that my input was important. Even though i dont know nothing about transmissions i was made apart of the work that was beeing done.. I am involved in sales in my day to day job and i know that custmer service is the number one part of sales and u ppl did a wonderful job.. Thanks you Terry Waterman
